Reverend Matthew Smith III was born on December 25, 1965 in Birmingham, Alabama. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at age 16, and was baptized soon thereafter. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Rachelle, for over eighteen years, and is the father of three beautiful children and two grand children. Pastor Smith organized Grace Cathedral Community Church of San Leandro in May 2000. After 6 years of labor in the San Leandro vineyard, God moved him to Tracy, CA. to build and re-build the lives of both His people and the lost. The church name was changed to New Covenant Christian Fellowship and is blessed by God to become a sanctuary to the world.|
